| Adams County Senior Citizens Council, Inc. Transportation services, medical and non-medical for individuals of all ages and ability. Home Care Services (60+ years of age), programs include Tax Levy Homemaker & Personal Care; Title III B Homemaker and Title III E Caregiver. These programs are free of charge but do have wait lists. Telephone Reassurance (free service), HEAP (will assist those 60+ years of age in completing application), Golden Buckeye Cards (assistance with completing application), Senior Center and information and referral for senior related services. |

| FRS Transportation FRS Transportation is the Public Transportation provider for Adams and Highland Counties. Services offered are on demand and deviated fixed route public transportation. FRS also provides transportation to medical appointments within Adams and Brown Counties as well as beyond the counties borders as approvedmedical appointments within Adams and Brown Counties as well as beyond the counties borders as approved through JFS - through the NET/Medicaid program or through other contractual agreements. FRS has two offices to assist riders along with 45 drivers and 44 vans, many of the vans being wheelchair acessible. |
